Benard Dreyer, MD, Professor of Pediatrics, Director of Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics at NYU Langone Medical Center, relates a child’s age to the developmentally appropriate length of a time-out. He spoke at a free symposium for parents of young children, “Navigating the First Years,” sponsored by KiDS of NYU Foundation.
